Waveney Women’s Wanderers

We all know how much better we feel after we’ve been outdoors for any length of time don’t we? But, how often do you think “ I wish I had someone to walk with, to talk to, to explore new places”

You’re not alone in that, and that’s why we have set up the walking group. Just for women to be able to walk and talk and explore new places together.

We are also welcoming well behaved dogs to join us - something not many other groups do. AND we won’t be sticking to a set route, but together decide which route to take for the following session. This keeps things exciting, and should encourage you to want to join us each time. It will also give you a better idea of the variety of places there are to walk in the beautiful Waveney and surrounding areas.

As these walks will be off road, they won’t be suitable for women using a motor scooter or needing walking aids. But don’t worry, if this is you, we can signpost you to other walking groups who can accommodate you.
